The Spitz Groom Stress Scale (FAS)

Our goal is to keep dogs within the calm, learning-focused range of 0–3 wherever possible, while recognising and respecting when a dog is becoming overwhelmed. This approach ensures grooming remains as gentle, safe, and positive as possible, always balancing wellbeing with essential care needs.
