At Spitz Groom, our services are billed at an hourly rate of $115 (incl. GST). Every dog is groomed individually and at their own pace, using highly specialised, often customised, equipment designed to deliver the safest and most comfortable grooming experience possible. Because no two dogs are the same—and because factors such as coat condition, behaviour, grooming history, and maintenance between visits can significantly influence the time required—we are unable to offer fixed-price grooms.

If your dog is on a consistent schedule and well-maintained at home, your pricing should remain relatively stable from visit to visit.

Our number one priority is your dog’s mental and physical wellbeing. We follow a fear-free, low-stress approach and will never compromise on handling for the sake of speed. We’re happy to work within your preferred budget, provided you understand that this may require a compromise in cosmetic finish or completeness of the groom—but never a compromise on your dog’s comfort or emotional safety.
