Spitz Groom uses two separate login systems, which can sometimes cause confusion:

🛍 Website Login (spitzgroom.com.au)

Used exclusively for our online shop, including retail purchases and order history.

📅 Spitz Groom Concierge Portal (booking.moego.pet)

Used for managing your grooming experience, including:

  • Bookings and appointment requests.

  • Pet profiles and details.

  • Grooming report cards.

  • Agreements and Terms & Conditions.

  • Communication preferences.

  • Payment and card details.

These systems are not connected, even if the same email or mobile number is used.

The Spitz Groom Concierge Portal is powered by MoeGo a secure, industry-leading booking and client management platform used by professional pet care businesses worldwide.

MoeGo securely hosts client data, bookings, payments, and agreements, the portal operates on their domain rather than directly on spitzgroom.com.au. This is completely normal.

Using a dedicated platform allows us to:

  • Securely encrypt your personal and payment information.

  • Provide reliable booking and account access.

  • Maintain modern data security and compliance standards.

  2. Navigate to BOOKINGS → Book Now (Existing Clients)

  3. Click BOOK NOW (you will be redirected to MoeGo)

  4. Sign in using your mobile number

    • If multiple owners are listed, please use the primary caregiver’s number.
