Client Portal - How to Access

If you are an existing customer of Spitz Groom, you can access your Client Portal using the link below:

New customers will receive access to the Client Portal once their profile has been set up following an approved booking request.

A quick note about logins

Spitz Groom has two separate account areas, which can sometimes cause confusion:

  • Website login (spitzgroom.com.au)
    Used for our online shop only (retail orders and order history).

  • Client Portal (booking.moego.pet)
    Used for bookings, pet profiles, grooming reports, agreements, communication preferences, and payment details.

These logins are not connected, even if the same email address or mobile number is used.

Why does this link open outside spitzgroom.com.au?

Our Client Portal is powered by MoeGo, a trusted third-party booking and client management platform used by professional pet care businesses worldwide.

Because MoeGo securely hosts client profiles, bookings, payments, and agreements, the portal opens on their domain rather than directly on spitzgroom.com.au. This is completely normal and expected.

Using an external provider allows us to:

  • Securely encrypt your personal and payment information

  • Offer reliable online booking and account access

  • Meet modern data security standards

If you’d rather not click a direct link, you can access the Client Portal via our website instead.

Prefer to access the portal via our website?

If you’re extra cautious about online security (we get it!), follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.spitzgroom.com.au

  2. Select BOOKINGS → Book Now – Existing Clients

  3. Click BOOK NOW
    (You’ll then be redirected to the MoeGo platform)

  4. Sign in using your mobile number
    (If multiple owners are listed, please use the primary caregiver’s mobile number)

Once you’re logged in

From your Client Portal, you can use the menu options to self-manage your:

  • Bookings and booking requests

  • Pet profiles and details

  • Grooming reports

  • Agreements and Terms & Conditions

  • Communication preferences

  • Payment and credit card details
