Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personal care nature of our products, many of our products are unable to be exchanged / returned unless they were damaged or faulty when delivered.
For items which are eligible for return, the request must be made no longer than 14 days after delivery, and products must be returned unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The item (s) can be returned by the following methods:
- In person at our Carlton North Salon/Boutique
- By Mail (All postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer)
Spitz Groom does not pass on any costs for re-stocking eligible return items.
All sale and clearance items purchased are final and cannot be returned unless the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt of goods.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Spitz Groom will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods.
Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will despatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. If the replacement item is not available in stock, we will refund the original product price and delivery cost via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
