📝 New Client Dog Grooming Intake Form (Required)

All new clients must complete our New Client Intake Request Form before any booking can be confirmed.

This allows us to assess:

• Your dog’s temperament and behaviour

• Coat type, condition, and grooming needs

• Previous grooming history

• Any medical or handling sensitivities

• Suitability for our low-stress grooming environment

This process ensures we can provide safe, appropriate, and personalised dog grooming services tailored to each individual dog. 

 

💰 Dog Grooming Pricing Transparency (Hourly Rate Model)

Before submitting your request, please be aware that Spitz Groom operates on a transparent hourly pricing model of $115 per hour (incl. GST) for business hours, and $138 per hour (inc GST) for after hours appointments. 

We do not offer fixed-price grooming services because:

• Every dog’s coat condition is different
• Grooming time varies significantly between visits
• Behaviour, matting, and maintenance impact appointment duration

This ensures fairness, accuracy, and the appropriate time needed for each individual dog.

Once your intake form has been submitted:

 

• ✅ You will receive confirmation of submission

• 📋 Your application will be reviewed when new client spaces become available

• 🐕 If suitable, you will be contacted for a meet & greet or introductory assessment

• 📞 If we are not the right fit, or need more information, we will let you know

• ✂️ If accepted, we will guide you through your dog’s personalised grooming plan
