From your very first enquiry, we carefully assess suitability to ensure the best experience for both you and your dog.

📝 New Client Intake Form (Required)

All new clients must complete our New Client Intake Request Form before any booking can be confirmed.

This helps us understand:

• Your dog’s temperament and behaviour.

• Coat type, condition, and grooming needs.

• Previous grooming history.

• Any medical, behavioural, or handling sensitivities.

• Suitability for our low-stress grooming environment.

👉 Completion of the intake form is required for all 1st time bookings.

This ensures we can provide safe, appropriate, and fully personalised grooming care.

💰 Transparent Hourly Pricing

Spitz Groom operates on a clear hourly pricing model:

• $115 per hour (incl. GST) during business hours.

• $138 per hour (incl. GST) for after-hours appointments.

We do not offer fixed pricing, as every dog is different.

Grooming time varies based on:

• Coat condition and maintenance level.

• Behaviour and handling needs.

• Matting and de-shedding requirements.

• Frequency of previous grooming.

This approach ensures fairness, accuracy, and the appropriate time needed for every dog.

• ✂️ If accepted, we’ll guide you through your dog’s grooming plan.
