Client Portal - Credit Card Details
Please note: We have upgraded our payment platform as of 1st January 2026 and require for credit card details to be re-supplied to us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Policy: All clients are required to have a valid credit card saved to their profile. A card on file allows us to fairly manage late cancellations, no-shows, and missed payments, helping us keep appointment availability sustainable for all clients.
We understand that providing card details online can feel uncomfortable — especially via links — and we want to reassure you that:

Your card details are entered directly into our booking platform’s encrypted payment system

Spitz Groom does not see or store your full card number

Card details are held securely by our payment provider, not by our team

We do not take booking deposits
How your card is used

A $0.50 pre-authorisation may appear temporarily on your account when saving your card
-
This is automatically refunded
-
It simply confirms the card details are valid

Your card will only be charged in the event of:

Late cancellation (within 24 hours)

No-show
-
Missed payment after an appointment

At checkout, you may:

Choose to use the card on file, or
-
Pay via another method if preferred

For frequent visitors, we can optionally save an authorisation on file to automatically process payment at checkout (by request only)

Step-by-step: adding your card details via our website

Navigate to www.spitzgroom.com.au

From the top menu, select BOOKINGS → Book Now – Existing Clients

Click BOOK NOW (pink button)

Sign in using your mobile number

If multiple owners are listed, use the primary caregiver’s mobile number

Select Payment
-
Select Add Payment Method
-
Enter your card details and press Save
-
A temporary $0.50 validation charge may appear and will be refunded immediately
