This helps us ensure we’re the right fit for your dog and allows us to recommend the most suitable services.

Tip 1: If you have already submitted a request with us and you haven't heard back, it likely means that we don't yet have capacity. We will contact you as soon as we have upcoming capacity (or when we are able to give you a pro-active update). Because our service offering is so unique, we don't often have availabilities come up.Β

We have a dedicated mobile number for priority care of our grooming clients. As an existing customer, you can reach us with priority by responding to the number where your booking confirmations are sent from. This number only works for existing onboarded customers so if you are an existing customer, please don't try to share this number with a friend as it may not work.Β 

If you are ever unsure whether your message has been received, email or calling and leaving a voicemail is the most reliable option.
