In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our salon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready, but if you require it urgently, please feel free to call us after checking out to expedite the order. (phone: 1300 077 489)

Domestic Shipping
We ship orders using Australia Post and offer both 'regular' mail and 'express' mail services.
The cost of postage will be calculated on checkout based on the total weight of your order. If you have any concerns regarding the shipping costs, please feel free to email us at hello@spitzgroom.com.au and we will be happy to validate the estimate as well as providing an alternate estimate using either Sendle or Aramex Australia.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping, and the shipping charge is calculated based on weight and destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or other taxes), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spitz Groom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@spitzgroom.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
