We always recommend securing your grooming appointments as early as possible to avoid disappointment and to ensure your dog remains on a consistent grooming routine.
For many of our clients, the most seamless approach is to work with us to curate a long-term grooming schedule. By planning ahead, we can maintain your dog’s coat in optimal condition, reduce the likelihood of matting or discomfort, and ensure they are always looking and feeling their best, without the stress of last-minute bookings.
For your convenience, our online booking portal is available at any time. Through the portal, you can:
- Secure upcoming grooming appointments.
- View your dog’s grooming report cards and notes from previous visits.
- Update important information for both you and your dog, ensuring we always have the most accurate details on hand.
This allows us to continue delivering a personalised, considered experience at every visit.
We also understand that plans can change. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact, not only on our team, but on other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Providing us with as much notice as possible allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another dog in need of care. In many cases, we can also work with you to find an alternative solution that avoids the need to cancel altogether.
