At Spitz Groom, we take a thoughtful, low-stress approach to grooming—and that care starts from the moment you first reach out.
Because we tailor each grooming experience to the individual dog, we ask that all new clients complete our New Client Intake Request Form before booking. This helps us understand your dog’s needs, temperament, coat type, and grooming history so we can make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

Why We Use an Intake Process
We’re a fear-free, low-volume salon. This means we take our time with each dog and provide a calm, focused environment where they can feel safe and supported.

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

You’ll receive a visual confirmation that your form was submitted

We’ll review your submission and aim to respond within 72 hours

If we believe we’re a good fit, we’ll invite you to book a complimentary meet & greet and an introductory assessment session. In the case that we feel we are not a good fit, we will still contact you to let you know.

From there, we can guide you through your dog’s grooming plan
