Vaccinations

As part of our unwavering commitment to safety, we require all of our beloved furry clients to maintain up-to-date vaccinations and provide documented proof during the intake process. We also mandate regular updates on vaccination expiration dates. This stringent protocol aligns us with national requirements for day care centers and boarding facilities, ensuring a consistent standard of safety across all pet care establishments.

To assist you in completing the vaccination section of our intake form, please refer to the following guidelines:

The safety and well-being of your pets, as well as our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, remain our top priorities. Note on Young Puppies:

Puppies are particularly vulnerable to illness as their immune systems are still developing, and the immunity they receive from their mothers gradually diminishes. For all young puppies, we insist that they have received a minimum of their first two sets of vaccinations before visiting our salon. We also highly recommend that they receive the third and final puppy vaccination to further enhance their safety.

Should you, as the owner, wish to schedule a grooming experience for your puppy before the third vaccination, we are more than willing to accommodate your request, provided that you are fully aware of and accept the associated risks. Due to our strict policy regarding adult dogs and their up-to-date vaccinations, as well as our rigorous cleanliness standards, we believe the risk to be minimal, although it can never be entirely eliminated.
