Domestic Shipping Rates

We are trialling a $12 flat rate shipping within Australia (using Parcel Post)

Express delivery can be requested for $15. 

 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for any customers in the Carlton North (3054) or Fitzroy North (3068) postcodes.


We will contact you via phone to discuss delivery details once your order has been packed. 

In-store pickup (contactless collection)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our salon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready, but if you require it urgently, please feel free to call us after checking out to expedite the order. (phone: 0402 903 693)

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, and the shipping charge is calculated based on weight and destination. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or other taxes), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Spitz Groom is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@spitzgroom.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
